DULAG, LEYTE - APRIL18: Filipina midwife Theresa Palana uses a donated doppler to check the heartbeat of a baby in a woman in active labor in the delivery tent at the Bumi Wadah clinic in Dulag, Philippines on April 18th, 2014. Palana worked as a midwife before the storm in a clinic that was damaged and closed. Her house was also destroyed by the storm.
